Nanman Distilling Co is the embodiment of our Southern Chinese roots - adventurous, bold and brave. We handpick our ingredients from the homeland in South China and our new home in Australia, thoughtfully macerating a range of exotic fruits, herbs and spices to create our unique product.
Through careful refinement and true craftsmanship, our vodkas and gins break new ground, bringing joy to all those who experience them.
THE SOUTHERN BARBARIAN
Legend has it that the Chinese Emperor would have lychees delivered from farms in Southern China to the capital at great expense. Because of this, lychee farmers found themselves targeted to local bandits.
When they needed a hero, in stepped Yong, a Southern Barbarian and a lone warrior who sought nothing more in return for his assistance than a handful of lychees to make new and unique spirits.
Yong - meaning brave in Chinese - is the heart of Nanman Distilling Co and inspires us to carry the essence of our homeland in every bottle.
